Not medical advice

Baby Plates provides general educational information about introducing solid foods, based on public guidance such as WHO complementary-feeding recommendations. It is not medical advice and does not replace your pediatrician. Every baby is different. Always supervise your baby while eating, follow your healthcare provider's guidance on allergens and choking risks, and seek emergency care immediately for symptoms such as swelling of the lips or face, difficulty breathing, or repeated vomiting.
